Architectural Application Checklist
For architectural change applications for a storm door, include the
following items:
- Architectural Change Application.
- Brochure or catalog illustration showing the storm
door and a description.
- Color/finish.
Note that full view storm doors in a color matching the existing
trim of the house are preferred.
