Architectural Application Checklist

For architectural change applications for paint color change include the following items:

1. Architectural Change Application.
2. Paint or stain color, brand, and number.
3. Specification of areas to be painted and color to be applied.  A simple drawing of areas to be painted along with colors used is helpful.

Note that an application is not necessary for repainting areas without a change in color.
