Architectural Application Checklist
For architectural change applications for a fence, include the
following items:
- Architectural Change Application.
- Location of fence on copy of lot survey.
- Drawing, sketch, photograph, or brochure showing
fence design including gate(s), if any.
- Fence height
- Materials to be used in construction.
- Color/finish.
Note that a fence style other than board on board for
townhouse lots will not be approved. Note that a fence style
other than split rail or estate for single family lots will not be approved. |
