Architectural Application Checklist

For architectural change applications for doors and windows,
include the following items:

1. Architectural Change Application.
2. Location of new window or door on copy of lot survey.
3. Elevation view drawing of window or door on house with location, width, and height dimensions.
4. Brochure or catalog photo and description.
5. Notes regarding any changes to house trim.
6. Color/finish.
